I'm Imogen. I've always loved dogs and have been interested in training them. I got my dog, Millie, 8 years ago. I have attended dog training classes with Millie since she was a puppy. As a puppy, Millie was very disobedient, but she has now achieved her gold Good Citizen Award.
Millie knows a large number of tricks, including riding a scooter, skateboard and rolling on a barrel. She has been on ITV 'Britain's Got Talent' an BBC programmes 'Who Let the Dogs Out?' and 'Officially Amazing', where she set a Guinness World Record for 'fastest 10m travelled on a barrel by a dog'. She has also done stage shows and won lots of prizes for her tricks.
We have also previously competed in agility and heelwork to music and have recently started competing in obedience.
I have previously taken small obedience classes and have helped with demonstrations at the dog classes I currently attend with Millie. My success with Millie and interest in dog training has lead me to become a Certified Trick Dog Instructor with Do More with your Dog.
I am also a registered Dog AID Trainer, so am qualified to help people train their dogs to become assistance dogs. If this is something you are interested in, please go to the Dog AID website to apply.
